I have prooven much of what is listed here due to obits, etc. But, please recheck any information you take from here. 2. JAMES W.2 HIETT (WILLIAM PENN1) was born April 1850 in Ohio. He married JULIA RENNE, daughter of UNKNOWN and UKNOWN. She was born August 1856 in New York.

Notes for JAMES W. HIETT:
On 1900 census James is shown as marrying when 26, he is 50 here. Julia is onlyl 29 and supposedly married when 26 as well. Still thinking this must be a 2nd marriage for both of them.

Notes for JULIA RENNE:
Julia's age in the 1900 census is way off, at this point she is shown as 29. Unless this is a different Julia and this is a combined family, which I have found no proof of.

Julia is found in the 1880 census, at this point her age is shown as 24

3. JIM (JAMES) H.3 HIETT (JAMES W.2, WILLIAM PENN1) was born October 22, 1885 in Iowa, and died February 1964 in Oklahoma. He married JENNIE 1907, daughter of UNKNOWN and UNKNOWN. She was born 1894 in Oklahoma.

In the 1930 he shows his parents both born in Iowa. In the 1920 he says father was born in Ohio and mother in NY

brother Lew M. Hiett and his family live only a few houses down in the 1920 in Sunny Slop, Creek co, OK

IN the 1930 she says both parents were born in Oklahoma, in the 1920 she says father in U.S. and mother in Kansas

Kellyville - Earl L . Hiett , 76 , of Kellyville, died near Glenpool from injuries received in an automobile accident.

Services will be 2 pm Wed at Kellyville First Baptist Church with the revs . David Taylor and Vernie Edwards officiating. Burial will be at Kellyville Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home .

He was born on May 29, 1913 in Stroud , OK and was a Kellyville resident most of his life . Mr . Hiett was a member of Kellyville Free Holiness Church and was a farmer-rancher.

Survivors include sons , Bob G . Hiett and Jim Hiett of Kellyville ; brothers Virgil Hiett and Vernon Hiett , both of Kellyville ; sisters Josie BARNETT of Bristow and Eloise BRASWELL of Tulsa and five grandchildren .

The casket will not be opened at any time .

Funeral services for Earl L . Hiett were today at the Kellyville First Baptist Church with the Revs . David Taylor and Vernie Edwards officiating.

Burial was at Kellyville Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home .

Casket bearers were Shelby YOCHAM , Billy PRIDMORE , Cecil LUPER , Rufus NICHOLS , Glenn STICE and John DUNBAR . Honorary bears were John ROMINE , Danny LOVELL , Tom HOLCOMB , Bill BOSTICK , Bill MILLER , Bill MCANULTY , Earl STEPHENS and Harold MOORE .


I also found a Helen Marie Hiett that died the same day in the same car wreck as Earl. Do not know yet the connection, but she was born 3-3-1916.
Her survivors include son Orville Cercy, daughter Lucille Sanders, brothers Vincents Banks and Leon Banks and sisters Mildred Alberty, Viola Brannon, Agnes Berryhill, and Darla McGuire.
The only thing for certain from this is her maiden name was Banks, if she was married to Earl, it was a second or more marriage.

KELLYVILLE -- Virgil L . Hiett , 72 , of Kellyville, died Tuesday in Kellyville.

Mr . Hiett was born Dec 30, 1917 , in Stroud . He had lived in Kellyville for the past 68 years . He married Hazel ATKINSON Oct . 18, 1980 , in Bristow . He was a truck driver for Anchor Concrete Company for 21 years and retired in 1981 . He attended Westside Freewill Baptist Church and was a member of the Kellyville Senior Citizens and was their bus driver .

He was preceded in death earlier this year by his brother Earl .

Survivors include wife , Hazel ; daughter Judy Hiett of Kellyville ; brother Vernon Hiett of Kellyville ; sisters Josie BARRETT of Bristow and Eloise BRASWELL of Tulsa ; and five grandchildren .

The family will headquarter at 159 E . Allen in Kellyville the day of the service .

Notes for TERRY KENDELL HIETT:
Terry was killed in a car wreck. He was traveling to fast and too close to the car in front of him. When the car tapped their brakes, he hit his brakes too hard and the truck hit the concrete barrier connecting the road to the Polecat Creek Bridge on hwy 117 in Sapulpa. The truck flipped over and Terry was thrown out. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
